Cosmic CrossFit is unlike any other "boring" old gym. Our workouts are different every day, fun and intense, and will get you in the best shape of your life, no matter what level you're starting at. Our workouts are focused on functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, Olympic weightlifting, kettlebell, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope.
We utilize CrossFit as our primary training method helping to focus our students on optimizing physical competence in each of the 10 recognized fitness domains: Cardio-respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. The atmosphere at Cosmic CrossFit is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the effort, enthusiasm and work.
